What happens if I decide to cancel my membership?
You are completely in control of your membership and can cancel any time, no questions asked.
To cancel, simply log into your account and head to the My Account page, then click on the My Membership tab. There you’ll find your active subscription and the option to manage or cancel.
If you need any help at all, just drop us an email at support@thepetitelady.co.uk and we’ll sort it for you.
It’s worth knowing that although you can cancel at any time, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. So if you’re on the monthly plan and cancel halfway through the month, you’ll still have full access until that month is up. The same applies to the annual plan.
Is all of the content available straight away or is it drip fed?
Everything inside The Short Girls’ Club is available to you instantly the moment you join. No waiting, no drip feeding, no restrictions.

Can I access content released during my membership once I cancel?
Once your membership is cancelled and your current billing period has ended, you will lose access to all membership content. This includes everything inside the members area, the clothing hub, brand directory, reviews, and the private community.
Think of it like a streaming service. While you’re a member you have full, unlimited access to everything. The moment your membership ends, access ends with it.
If you decide to rejoin in the future, everything will be waiting for you and you’ll be warmly welcomed back. We’d love to have you back any time!
Can I upgrade to an annual membership later?
Absolutely! If you join on the monthly plan and decide you’d like to switch to the annual plan, simply cancel your monthly subscription and re-sign up on the annual plan when your current billing period ends.

We don’t offer a free trial, and here’s the honest reason why. The Short Girls’ Club is a living, breathing community that is constantly growing and being updated. A short trial simply wouldn’t do it justice or give you the full experience of what it feels like to be a member over time.
What I’d suggest instead is getting in touch before you join. I’m always happy to answer any questions you have, give you a feel for what’s inside, and help you decide whether it’s the right fit for you. Just email us at support@thepetitelady.co.uk and I’ll get back to you personally.
