I am petite and plus size, is there content for me?
Absolutely! I have a dedicated Petite Curve section specifically curated for brands and items that cater for petite women in a size 18 and above. You are very much welcome here and I want to make sure you can find pieces that work for your frame just as much as anyone else.
What happens if I decide to cancel my membership?
You are completely in control of your membership and can cancel any time, no questions asked.
To cancel, simply log into your account and head to the My Account page, then click on the My Membership tab. There you’ll find your active subscription and the option to manage or cancel.
If you need any help at all, just drop us an email at support@thepetitelady.co.uk and we’ll sort it for you.
It’s worth knowing that although you can cancel at any time, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. So if you’re on the monthly plan and cancel halfway through the month, you’ll still have full access until that month is up. The same applies to the annual plan.

Once your membership is cancelled and your current billing period has ended, you will lose access to all membership content. This includes everything inside the members area, the clothing hub, brand directory, reviews, and the private community.
Think of it like a streaming service. While you’re a member you have full, unlimited access to everything. The moment your membership ends, access ends with it.
If you decide to rejoin in the future, everything will be waiting for you and you’ll be warmly welcomed back. We’d love to have you back any time!
I live outside the UK, will the content be relevant to me?
While the majority of my content and brands are based in the UK, I have lots of members inside The Short Girls’ Club who are based outside of the UK and still find huge value in the membership. Many of the brands I feature offer international delivery, and I am also actively working on adding more international brands to the directory so there will be more and more relevant content for you over time.
If you are not sure whether it is right for you, you could always start with the monthly membership and if it is not the right fit you can cancel at any time.
I am extra petite, is there content for me?
Absolutely! I have a dedicated Extra Petite section specifically curated for brands and items that cater for the more petite end, including extra short lengths and pieces designed for women around 5ft and under. I always share real measurements and inside leg lengths so you know exactly what you’re getting. You are very much welcome here and I want to make sure you can find pieces that work for your frame just as much as anyone else. 🩷
Can I upgrade to an annual membership later?
Absolutely! If you join on the monthly plan and decide you’d like to switch to the annual plan, simply cancel your monthly subscription and re-sign up on the annual plan when your current billing period ends.

I'm not 100% sure the membership is right for me, do you offer a trial?
We don’t offer a free trial, and here’s the honest reason why. The Short Girls’ Club is a living, breathing community that is constantly growing and being updated. A short trial simply wouldn’t do it justice or give you the full experience of what it feels like to be a member over time.
